Description:
create a minecraft item that has the following description: 'Crafting: 1 Shield, 2 Prismarine Crystals, 1 Nether Star, 2 Diamonds. Effect: A shield with maximum durability. When blocking, it reflects a small portion (e.g., 10%) of incoming projectile damage (arrows, fireballs, ghast fireballs, blaze fireballs) back to the attacker. Also reduces magic damage (like from Evokers or Witches) by an additional 25%. Purpose: Ultimate defensive utility, turning ranged and magic threats against themselves while providing superior protection. Balancing: Extremely expensive, only reflects a fraction of damage, no effect on melee attacks.'
