create a mob that looks like a enderman which has the following appearance: 'This a mob called the warped creaking. It uses the creaking as the base model, but it is colored with the same cyan blue colors as the warped log in minecraft. ' and the following behavior/capabilities: 'The warped creaking is summoned by placing a creaking heart in between two warped logs, just like how the creaking is normally spawned, but with warped logs. When this creaking is being looked at, which freezes it in place, it will occasionally teleport behind the player and attack them. '
