create a mob that looks like a skeleton which has the following appearance: 'make the fungal skeleton. Bones are partially consumed by glowing mushrooms and mycelium, with bioluminescent spores.' and the following behavior/capabilities: 'Spawning: Mushroom fields, lush caves, or dark, damp underground areas. Mechanic: Shoots Spore Clouds that inflict a temporary "Blindness" or "Nausea" effect on impact, obscuring the player's vision. When defeated, it might drop bones, mushrooms, and occasionally Glow Berries'
