Slumbering Pursuer

create a mob that looks like a zombie which has the following appearance: 'Zombies in light blue tones and with closed eyes.' and the following behavior/capabilities: 'The aggro zone is smaller than that of a regular zombie but it never stops pursuing the target. It moves slowly at first but the longer it pursues the target the faster it moves.'
