create a mob that looks like a wolf which has the following appearance: 'Make an all white horse with wings on the side. the spawn egg in the creative menu has a winged horse on it.' and the following behavior/capabilities: 'Can be tamed only with haybales. can fly up to 20 blocks high by pressing the jump button midair. does not come down unless jump button is pressed again then it slowly descends, has a 1 in 100 chance to spawn instead of a regular horse.'
