create a mob that looks like a enderman which has the following appearance: 'like an enderman, but more like a pale human texture-wise rather than shadow-like the way an enderman is' and the following behavior/capabilities: 'it should follow 5-10 blocks behind the player, and if they turn around and look at it, it should rush toward them super fast and kill them'
