He can make them do whatever he wants he can make the creepers blow up just by saying “blow up” he can make the skeletons line up and shoot in formation he can make the spiders climb walls and he can make the enderman take down walls and pick up blocks for him. To make a mob convert to his side they have to be a zombie skeleton creeper spider and enderman and he has to hit them for them to convert so he will attack them first'
