Dormant Infected

create a mob that looks like a zombie which has the following appearance: 'Basicly a zombie but it will have its arms put down instead of the way they normally look like' and the following behavior/capabilities: 'make a zombie infection mod a new zombie variant(named the infected zombie) kills a player they will become a zombie but unable to control their character(with every input even the hotbar blocked but the pause will still work of course and the player will be muted instead of blocking the chat and for inventory they will still be able to see it but not change anything on the inventory)'
