Cowboy Jester Creeper

create a mob that looks like a creeper which has the following appearance: 'It has a black hat with a red bandanna around its neck with a cowboy look' and the following behavior/capabilities: 'It’s cocky and makes fun of every mob it sees and when it does the mob goes to attack it. Even passive mobs attack it when it makes fun of them. It mostly makes fun of iron golems or zombies. When it explodes it doesn’t die it can explode multiple times and can make whoever hits it explode aswell only arrows can kill this mob'
