create a mob that looks like a blaze which has the following appearance: '"Oblivion Titan" looks like a black and dark grey blaze with orange/brown eyes, 6 times the size of a normal blaze.' and the following behavior/capabilities: 'hostile boss with the strength of 5 wardens, ranged attacks that deal explosive damage and gives blindness and AoE attacks in a 10 block radius that gives knockback and weakness.'
